ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during high-demand periods, launches, restocks, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
KROWNARC does not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Europe
- Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days
International
- Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, courier delays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. KROWNARC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before placing an order.
KROWNARC is not responsible for lost packages, delays, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, KROWNARC is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
PRE-ORDERS
Items marked as pre-order will ship within the estimated timeframe stated on the product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are available.
SHIPPING DELAYS
KROWNARC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
